Coaching positions currently available:

 


1. Coach of recreational athlete:

Qualifications: NCCP Level 1, Rhythmic Gymnastics

Recreational coaches work one or two evenings a week for 2-3 hours.

Duties: General programming for recreational athletes including development of daily and season-long programs to promote learning of basic skills (balances, leaps, turns, flexibility)

Choreography of group performance routines (with and without apparatus) to encourage development of coordination and dance abilities

Evaluation (testing) of athletes to aid in determining future training plans

Encourage a healthy and safe training environment for all participants

Formal and informal communication with parents, board of directors and coaching staff.

2. Coach of competitive athlete (assistant to the head coach):

Qualifications: NCCP Level 2, Rhythmic Gymnastics

Competitive coaches work 1 to 3 evening a week for 3-4 hours (individual schedule to be determined).

Duties: Creating year plans for competitive athletes

Assistance in choreography of individual and group competitive routines (with and without apparatus) that comply with FIG Code of Points, gymnast's skills and preferences.

Leading conditioning and ballet training.

Evaluation (testing) of athletes to aid in determining future training plans

Encourage a healthy and safe training environment for all participants

Formal and informal communication with parents, board of directors and coaching staff.

We hire enthusiastic coaches with passion for rhythmic gymnastics, excellent pedagogical skills, strong ethics and, most importantly, extensive RG background. We help our coaches to upgrade their certification and acquire desired experiences and skills.
