Interclub competitive program was introduces by Gymnastics Ontario in 2005 and over past two years became a tremendous success. This competitive opportunity is intended for those gymnasts who, regardless the age, just begin to explore their competitive potential. Interclub program also accommodates gymnasts with provincial competitive background who wish to decrease their competitive or training load.

Interclub competitors can participate in a number of designated tournaments, which are invitational (not compulsory). There, in her appropriate age category, the gymnast shows one routine only. The choice of apparatus is made out of two possible options according to GO program. This also suggests that the athlete may prepare and practice two routines during the season, but choose either one for each competition.

The participants of Interclub program practice 6 hours a week. They show their routine as Club galas, community events and compete 2 to 5 times a season according to individual competition schedule.
