We encourage gifted pre-competitive and successful Interclub gymnasts to audition for our Provincial program. Provincial division follows Gymnastics Ontario rules and regulations. In this group, the girls from 7 to 17+ years old possess advanced body and apparatus skills. They compete with 2 or 3 routines depending on age and competitive level, using apparatuses assigned by GO for current competitive season.

Provincial competitors perform at invitational tournaments, Ontario Provincial Qualifiers and Provincial Championships. Higher level athletes may compete at Eastern Canada Regional Championships. Gymnasts compete 5 to 8 times a season according to individual competition schedule.The participation in provincial competition often involves travel and accommodation.

The participants of Provincial program practice 10 hours a week. They also perform at Club galas, trials and community events.
