Interclub

Interclub competitors practice for a total of 6 hours a week. They receive gymnastics, acrobatics, ballet and apparatus technique instructions, and prepare one or two routines for invitational Interclub meets. The group routine involving two or three gymnasts of the same age category may be composed as well. There is a large number of interclub invitational competitions offered throughout the province of Ontario; London RGC Interclub competitors participate in at least three meets of their choice per season.
